This 14-week coached training program will train you to build your endurance fitness level from where you are now to have you prepared to cross the finish line of your selected endurance event

Saturday Morning Group Runs

6:30 am Saturday mornings at our 3 training locations. Training runs organized by ability level

Tuesday evening workouts

6:30 pm Tuesday evening coached workouts focus on strength, hills, and speed. Workouts are held at local parks and tracks. Subject to  availability

We have 3 Saturday locations to choose from: Gold's Gym Rogers Ranch, Old Town Helotes, and SA Zoo area.
